UWP Returns Policy

At Universal Write Publications, each book is produced with intention and care. Purchases made directly through uwpbooks.com are considered final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or experiences an unusual shipping delay, we’re here to help.

If there’s a shipping delay

  • Please allow standard transit time for your order to arrive
  • If your package has not arrived within a reasonable delivery window, contact us and we will gladly look into it.

In cases of confirmed delay or carrier issues, UWP may:

  • Provide updated tracking information
  • Issue a replacement copy, if appropriate

Replacements & Credits

  • Requests should be made within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for delays)
  • Books must be unused and in original condition
  • Replacement or store credit will be provided at UWP’s discretion

Return shipping is covered by UWP when the issue is due to our error or shipping damage.
