Sherice Janaye Nelson, Ph.D.

Author

Sherice Janaye Nelson is a speaker, author, researcher, and Associate professor at Alabama A&M University. She is a Black Diaspora expert who focuses on the political, social, and economic effects of racism.

She was the inaugural Director for the Jewel Limar Prestage Public Policy, Polling, and Research Center. Dr. Nelson is only HBCU educated earning a PhD in Political Science from Howard University; a MPA from the University of the District of Columbia, and graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a dual degree in History and English from Stillman College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama
